Mayflower Saison- from a 60 Barrel batch using Pilsner and Vienna Malt, Belgian Yeast and Styrian Goldings hops. Dry, Tart, a little spicy with esters from the yeast and earthy/peppery hops.
Mayflower Summer Rye Ale- Brewed with pilsner, rye and wheat with plenty of American hops. Dry and spicy with mild and fruity bitterness.
