Kitchen folks enjoy free meals, shift drinks, paid vacation time & a schedule as flexible as we can make it. We start kitchen employees at $18 an hour and give merit raises based on experience and growth. Front of house pay rates vary between $6.75 an hour and $20 an hour depending on the duties being performed, most FoH staffers also receive tips.

We are a seasonal dive bar and scratch-cooking restaurant in the heart of downtown Salem. We are open from April 1st to January 15th each year. We’ve been in this location since 1979. Our work season is from mid-March through late January and hours fluctuate with the seasons.
We have full time people, part time people, and also folks who fill in as needed during the busiest parts of the year. If you are flexible, professional, mature, & maybe a little sarcastic & funny - you may just be the right person for the job.
